We have been so busy lately that i have kind of left my blog in the dust. Sorry blog! As you can see above my lovely girls have been keeping me on my toes with their wild attitudes. This picture is one of about 30 that i got while Nick and I were trying with all our might to get them to both look in the same direction and smile. They got these cute matching pajamas for Easter from their Grandma Ireland. I was determined to get a good picture so i could give it to her. Well....hopefully she considers this a good picture :)
We spent Mothers day at the Duck pond feeding the ducks with my Mom and Step-dad. It was nice and relaxing! This was my Moms attempt to get my children to look in the same direction at the same time, she didnt have any luck either! I guess i can't blame them, they just wanted to see the ducks, they had no interest in a photo shot!!
Grace has been enjoying her Gymnastics class! We have it on Tuesdays and she makes sure to mention it 30 times a day on Tuesday. She seems a little worried that I might forget to take her. She is actually really good at it, the teacher keeps insisting that i move her up to the next level for the next session. I think i'll keep her where she is at tho. I dont think she would do well with the 4 year olds, she is so shy. We are going to take her to a "speech specialist" soon, we had her evaluated a few weeks ago and she has problems with "s" and well, pretty much a lot of letters, "s" just seems to be impossible.I have no problem understanding what she is saying, but I dont think anyone else would have a clue. Hopefully this will help her out a little!!
My dog, Jersey, has managed to destroy part of the back yard. She likes to lay in the dirt, so she made herself a nice little place to lay. I considered planting a garden this year, but then i considered how mad i would be if I worked hard on that- just for her to eat everything out of it. Hopefully she "grows up" a little more in the next few years....or else i'm just going to start planting my garden in the front yard ;)
Madelyn is almost 8 months old! Seriously, where does the time go? She is the sweetest little baby! She loves to snuggle and is in the best mood most of the time! Even tho her top two toofers are popping through right now, she still seems to be OK. I know Grace had some teeth that hurt really bad, but i dont remember her having little blisters on her gums where the teeth were coming in...Madelyn's look so painful, poor little peanut! Her newest interest is crawling, she is sooooo close. She might even take off sometime today...she just want to play with the other kids so bad!!
Well, nap time is almost over. Maybe i'll stop back later today and post some more, since i'm so far behind! Happy Friday!
